Jason Graciano has over 18 years of experience in the retail automotive space and has worked with some of the top dealer groups in the country.  He has always had a focus on the customer experience and the amount of time that it takes to finalize a transaction.  With Shift Motor Group Jason hopes to meet the expectations clients have when shopping and change the perspective of dealers when going through the selling process.

Michael has over 17 years in retail automotive experience, specializing in the finance portion of the business he is an expert at getting clients the best possible deal as well as maintaining exceptional relationships with the various banks.
